twice fired in two kilns natural ash glaze teabowl

7 day anagama fire, translucent porcelain, thrown on the kickwheel

the bowl was first fired on the first shelf of a 9 day anagama firing where it fell off and was lost untill it was recovered from the cooled firebox and had a small leak. It was then fired again 5 years later, covered in shino in the same kiln , the "little river anagama" for 8 days where it healed and became whole. It was pinched and carved on the kickwheel out of stoneware.
